I Was Going To Give It To The Speaker Of Parliament – Man Caught With Human Head In Parliament Shockingly Confesses

A 23-year-old man has been arrested by security officials in the Ugandan Parliament for possessing a fresh human head in the chamber on Monday, September 14, 2020.

The man upon his arrest said that the head was a gift from him to the Speaker of the Ugandan Parliament, Her Lordship, Hon. Rebecca Kadaga.

According to reports, the head which seems to be that of a child was wrapped in a gift wrapper and was meant to be delivered to the speaker.

The unidentified man was intercepted by security officials at the gate of parliament before he could enter into the Speaker’s office. When asked where he was going to, he said he was going to deliver a gift to the Speaker.

However, assistant director of communications and public affairs, Helen Kaweesa, has said that her office is yet to be furnished with the official report of the case.

Deputy spokesperson of the Kampala Metropolitan Police, Luke Owoyesigire, confirmed the case saying that they are still conducting investigations into the matter.

In other news, a 14-year-old was also caught with a human head inside her bag.

The teenage girl identified as Chidinma Iheoma from Nigeria was caught by security operatives with a human head.

According to the security operatives, the head which was detached from the deceased body and hid inside her bag made her suspicious of something bad, so they searched her only to discover a human head.

They, however, persuaded her to confess which she did, with other shocking revelations.

She revealed that she had killed two others before this very one.

When the security operatives asked her where she was sending it, she claimed she was on her way to bury the head until she was busted.

According to her, her friend had cut off the head but she was just going to bury it.

The Security operatives did not take it easy on her, they gave some beating and sent her to the station.
