AC Milan goalkeeper Gianluigi Donnarumma will leave the club on a free transfer this summer, director Paolo Maldini has revealed.
Donnarumma’s exit was highly expected with his contract expiring this summer and news that Lille goalkeeper Mike Maignan had completed a medical ahead of a move to the San Siro.
And Rossoneri legend Maldini has confirmed Donnarumma, 22, who made his Milan debut aged just 16, will end his association with the club, adding that it is now hard to find a one-club man in modern football.
